On KOALA - the KIT online platform for learning in the workplace (see here: KOALA), you will find the self-learning module “Digital Leadership”, which focuses on the topic of leadership in hybrid settings. At the same time, we offer you an agile learning journey with which we would like to support you in small learning units, with professional support and peer-to-peer exchange.
In this session, we will explore the topics of „Leadership Communication“, „Orientation and structural clarity“ and „Self care“ in greater depth, clarify possible questions and discuss specific examples/challenges from day-to-day management.

Important: Please work on the chapters „Leadership Communication“, „Orientation and structural clarity“, „Two scenarios“ und „Self care“ in the self-study module Digital Leadership” on KOALA in preparation for our appointment.

If one person only speaks English, the event will be held in English, otherwise the event will be held in German.
