FKEP - Leadership Development Program

The aim of the leadership development program (FKEP) is to systematically teach leadership skills in a structured manner. The program is divided into three forms. All courses can be booked individually and in any order.

  • Modules I - IV provide a broad foundation of knowledge based on theories and models in 2-day events.
  • The short workshops I - IV pick out individual topics from the modules and deepen these in practice-oriented half-day workshops. In addition to deepening the knowledge, they also serve to refresh and impart content as required.
  • In addition, collegial consultation groups are offered for managers, in which the questions of the participating managers are addressed in a needs-oriented manner. Further information can be found at: Collegial counseling for challenging leadership situations

This format can be used during and beyond the program. The topics are based on the questions and needs of the participating managers.
