Collegial Coaching - Leadership in Dialogue
As managers and executives, you meet in small groups (max. 8 people) on 4-6 dates per year for 1.5 - 3 hours to advise each other and discuss everyday management issues. The groups can be mixed or within one organizational unit. An experienced facilitator will support you in the first year with scientific models and proven concepts. After that, the group organizes itself and is advised and supported by PEBA with professional impulses as required.
Main topics and target groups:
- Leadership in transition: Challenges such as remote working and hybrid teams for all managers and executives.
- Leadership in academia: for professors.
- Lateral leadership: For people with leadership experience without disciplinary responsibility (e.g. doctoral supervisors, project managers).
General conditions:
- General: External support lasts for one year, after which the groups organize themselves independently and receive advisory support if required. In addition, PEBA offers specialist input on relevant leadership topics once a year on request.
